‘Generally’ implies exceptions, what are they?

My own position is that it’s very hard to legalize these things by age in general. You’re always making an arbitrary line which may be an average but you’re still screwing over a minority to protect a majority from their own ignorance.

I was not taking a position on the matter, I was just stating that I find it interesting when people of some notability take such a public and unpopular stand.

Although, if I were to take a position on the issue, I’d have to say I am generally against pedophilia.

So are you saying that consensual sexual activities between adults and children are permissible if not a good idea, or what are you saying? Always an interesting and controversial subject, wouldn’t you say?
